Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment
We want you to be completely satisfied with CostLayer. If the product doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward refund process with no hassle and no questions asked during your first 14 days.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All new CostLayer subscriptions come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with the service for any reason within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, contact us for a full refund. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.
3. Refund Eligibility
Within 14 days of first purchase: Full refund, no questions asked. Simply email us and we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
After 14 days (monthly plans): No partial refunds for the current billing period. You can cancel anytime from your account settings and retain access until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again.
After 14 days (annual plans): Pro-rated refunds may be issued at our discretion for annual plans if you have used the service for fewer than 3 months. Contact us to discuss your situation.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at hello@costlayer.ai with the subject line “Refund Request” and include the email address associated with your CostLayer account. We’ll confirm your request within 1 business day.
5. Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
6. Account Access After Refund
Upon processing a refund, your CostLayer subscription will be cancelled and access to paid features will be revoked. Any data associated with your account can be exported before the refund is processed. After refund processing, data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, giving you time to request an export if needed.
7. Exceptions
Refunds are not available for accounts that have been terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our support team may result in account suspension.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this refund policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers.
